The origins of Kang Long Group Inc. date back to 1997, when Johnson Chen began working in the restaurant industry in New York City. In 2006 Chen opened his first restaurant under his own brand concept. Today Kang Long Group continues to grow from its foundations in hospitality with an overall mission to add value to each community where we operate.
